Place your order before 16 December to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas.


SHIPPING TIMES

We ship every working day from our Sydney warehouse. While we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please allow for slight delays during new season launches, sale periods and holidays.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is on the way. To avoid missing updates, please ensure @crywolfchild.com is added to your safe senders list.


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

All orders within Australia are sent on a tracked service from our Sydney-based warehouse.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 days within NSW, 4–6 days interstate
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 days within NSW, 2–4 days interstate

New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania:

  • Standard Shipping (EPARCEL): $10.50 AUD
  • Express Shipping (AUS POST): $15.00 AUD

Northern Territory:

  • Standard Shipping (EPARCEL): $13.95 AUD
  • Express Shipping (AUS POST): $17.95 AUD

Western Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (EPARCEL): $14.95 AUD
  • Express Shipping (AUS POST): $17.95 AUD

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

If you’re shipping to New Zealand, we recommend shopping directly via our NZ website: crywolfchild.com
This will give you cheaper and faster delivery options.
Please note stock may vary between our websites as they are serviced by separate warehouses.

  • New Zealand: $20 AUD


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most European countries, the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore via New Zealand Post on a tracked service.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

  • $30 AUD for orders under $1000
  • For orders over $1000, please contact us for the best shipping rates

International shipments may incur local import duties and/or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are not included in the checkout total.

If required, your courier or local customs may contact you for payment before releasing your parcel.
If an item is returned to us due to unpaid duties or no response from the receiver, return postage will be deducted from your refund.
